Well, after Wed. and Thur. at the gym last week with my son (he's 25) and Tues. and Wed. this week, I can officially say I HURT EVERYWHERE. Damn, I ache in places I didn't know could ache. But it's all good. I can even feel some biceps muscle

We did lunges Tues. and the little fukker holds a 50 pound dumbbell IN EACH HAND and does 20, rests and does another 20. I used 15 pound dumbbells and almost died

I figure if this fucker, Matt Lauer can do it at 48, I can do it at 53. I'll get there one day.
