I'm posting here just to bitch.

Where's Spooky at? He's to blame for me not having phone service for the last 3 days. He's the one who told me about SunRocket. And I did. I've used them for over a year and everything was fine until their rotten little Gizmo (their term, not mine) stopped working. Zero customer service. ZERO. In other words, this is all part of a highly convoluted plan on Spooky's part to leave me without phone service. Well done, Spooky. Well done!

The funny thing is, I cringe when I hear the phone ring. I'm not a phone person. But it sucks to not have the use of one. What if I wanted pizza or wings? I'd be screwed, wouldn't I. Or I'd have to get off my ass and go get them, and that just doesn't work for me.

Now I'm Vonage's newest customer. Joy.
