I'm no expert, but I think you need to be a little more agressive with your affiliate program. If you don't have a traffic source prior to launching your program, then a good place to get traffic would be your affiliates.

That being said, on your back-end (through Epoch) you have no hosted galleries and no banners. It makes it difficult for your affiliates to push hits to you with no tools to work with.

Designs for gallery templates aren't that expensive and Epoch would even handle the affiliate code passing on those.

Those aren't gaurenteed solutions, but it's a good place to start. I hope that helps.

Oh, and a webmaster referral program wouldn't hurt either. You can set that up in Epoch as well. Offer like a 5% bonus if your affiliate refers more affiliates and that could help build your affiliate army.

Make that a lot more aggressive with the ENTIRE program.

Teela,
As Preacher mentioned, you have zero promo material for webmasters to promote your site. Any attempt to get promo material from you results in an email saying to get it from the site. How is any Webmaster supposed to do that without signing up for a membership? That’s not going to fly with to many webmasters.

Your program is revshare and webmasters want to see lots of rebilling. Now this is just my opinion but I don’t think your site will keep members longer than a month. From what I have seen, you only update the site with new movies 2 times a month. I’m guessing once a week or more would be better.

You also need more interaction with your members. If you want to retain them you have to interact. I would suggest doing a live web cam show for about an hour at least once a week. Talk to them. Let them get to know you and you get to know them. Give them a little sex toy action and keep them drooling. Get some suggestions for upcoming movies that they would like to see.

I could ramble on some more but I think you see where this is going. Time to get busy and market your site.
