Tanka..so sorry to hear that..!!
I've had 4 dogs pass away in the past 20 years..they were all my babies..all different..but I loved them just the same..and the hardest part was telling my sons.. The last dog was my babie-sweetie..my rottie Brandy..we were total buds..she hated my ex-husband..she had the hip thing some large breeds get from in-breeding (displasia(sp..) and an enlarged heart..but I loved her just the same..had her trained in fort monmouth by fred fink, the dude who trains army dogs down there..he had a class every sunday morning for us regular folk.. Came home from work one day and found her.. I still think about her...And you will think about your baby too..and soon it will be good thoughts..rememberances.. For me, the dog days are gone..I have a cat now who thinks she's a dog..  My sympathies, Tanka.. |
