Hey Fonz, I submitted an application the other day and then noticed after I submitted, that you wanted the recips already in place on the free sites sent as samples...I didn't do that...sorry...do you want me to resubmit my trusted submitter application or add the recips to the site?

You don't have to have the recips in place, that's just an old rule from back in the days when I was young and ignorant
I didn't find your application so it's suggested that you send another one if that's not too much to ask
