I hear ya T Pat about being burned out. Take a complete day or three off. Absolutely no emails, board or anything else. Seriously, this part is hard, do not turn on a computer and go do something. Paint the house, fishing, visit family or whatever comes to mind. This has helped me from time to time. Remember, it will all be there when ya come back
