Definitely spanking. Other than that, the sky is the limit when it comes to fetish (or is it the netherworld?
 ). I would check the fetish categories in big LL's and see which ones are busier, where you are likely to get more submissions, or even see if you have enough submissions in a particular fetish now to justify opening a new sub-category.
