Shitty boards...
Shitty boards is most likely the reason. Back in the "day"
there were a lot of them! My problem is, I think, all I have ever made before are TGP galleries. I don't think the LL's rules are bad at all. I just got confused when I was told to view sites that had been listed.... I swear some of these webmasters change their sites after they are listed... I wish I had never looked at any of them. Never again!  Blind links to me, are different than they are today. But, I'm getting it figured out, I think.
