Who do you contact first when something with payout support wasn't taken care off properly?

Vp of Sales / Chief of operations? neither one of us has been contacted

I would think the affiliate manager would get things taken care of, I normally would not contact the VP/Chief... let's hope this is not a common occurance, but if it happens again you will be the first one contacted.
