I'd say the biggest thing that hits me right off the bat is the quality of the thumbs. Many are blurry. I'd rework the thumb quality maybe increase the size...with bigger monitors now a days bigger thumbs that are clearer and crisper.

Personally Not A Big Fan Of Obscured URLs Or Sites That I Can't See Where The Link Is Going To Take Me. I'm Allset With Reformatting My Hard Drive Any Time Soon.

Those particular sponsors are heavily promoted. As an upstart website, you'll probably have better success showing surfers content that they haven't already seen dozens of times before.
