This has worked really well on the paysites that I manage.

Also in addition to Flash streaming content it's important to have steaming QuickTime for iPhone/iPod users. Also member's like zipped content of the pics.

That's m4v right? Cleo with the m4v's does the iphone 480x320 or the ipod 320x240 work better for you?

On the latest site that I setup I'm using Flowplayer to make tube like member pages. I'm embedding a mp4 movie into Flowplayer. There are links under each movie for members to download whatever suites them best.
