Do you use RSS feeds?

do you use RSS feeds? if so, what for and how?

it seems people use them for all kinds of different things i never imagined

I use them in three ways:
1) Sponsor feeds with my aff code, to make sales.
2) RSS from my blog so surfer know when I update, come back to read the new entry and (hopefully) buy something.
3) On some non-adult sites I use RSS feeds for content.

They are not mutually exclusive. Some of my non adult sites use feeds entirely for content (i.e. the only thing I add are a site title and adverts) and get bloody good search engine traffic. The trick is to ensure the text is shown as text on your page, I use a Perl script I wrote myself to convert it.

RSS Feeds is one great way of link building SEs love them for their fresh content.
