All of his use of video caps are under fair use, the same policy I use. If I'm using pictures that are actually Mr. Skin's direct ownership and unknowingly used them, I'd take them down in a heart beat. I'm not a member of Mr. Skin's nor would I knowingly steal from him, but to assume he has a general ownership of all and everything celebrity is unfair.
