I went to the website:

"Fair use is a copyright principle based on the belief that the public is entitled to freely use portions of copyrighted materials for purposes of commentary and criticism"

You are using for purposes of PROMOTION and MARKETTING... not commentary. Therefore, you can't call fair use.

I seriously hope you have some lawyers on retainer, playboy especially don't fuck around on this issue (you ain't been around long enough to know that they have even sued their own girls over use of their logo and such...)

If you ain't got a license, you ain't got the right.
