Simon, so very sorry for your loss.

Had a real good time at dinner last night with

Of course this was the first time I have been out of the house for more then 20 minutes and I was sure feeling it by the time I got home. Had to hit the prescription meds to knock down the pain. Not sure if it was the mix of meds and too much Italian food but I have been up since 4am and I am just about ready to crawl back into bed.

Sleep, work, dr appt on the agenda today
