Morning all

I was in the extreme pain department yesterday too, had the back/ab cramps from hell. Finally started calming down after I was able to choke down 2 bananas so I think my electrolytes were off, coupled with an odd position I was in on and off all day.

I was wishing for some strong pain meds, but probably would have made it worse since I tend to throw up on almost all narcotics. I really feel for you Greenie, I had 1 flexeril left and it finally kicked in and I was able to sleep too.

Feeling much better today and working on free sites. I hope greenie that you can find out what is going wrong and get it better.
