Reflecting back on where I was I can see a lot of growth in both worlds. Make health and happiness your priorities. There is a world of difference in my life when I don't exercise and eat healthy. I get headaches nearly everyday if I eat fast food. I learned after getting injured and very sick that you are only are useful as your body and health.
*Run *Strength train *Do yoga or stretching *Invest in a Reverse Osmosis water machine for your house. Rent it! *Get massages *Cook your food *Practice mindfulness meditation
