Good Friday My Peeps!

Already been out of the house to take The Bitch to work since I have a lot of running around to do today I'd honestly rather be working

Stayed awake until the Tampa Bay vs Detroit game went to OT, then fell asleep during the intermission
(but Tampa Bay won, so I'm happy)

OH! For those of you that are wondering if I ever recv'd my Fed tax refund, the answer to that is NO!

Doing Foxy's updates this morning and then I need to go to Home Depot to pickup a new chain for my chainsaw for tomorrow's yard work.

Good morning all

Work as usual for me until late afternoon then it's bank appointment to open a new account and after that it'll most likely be warming up, aka having a cold beer or 2, for the big hockey game tonight at 7pm, Ottawa vs Montreal.

I found it mildly interesting that while the Sens were playing for their very lives the other night our ever-so-beloved PM Steven Harper, who lives and works in Ottawa, was at the game.... HERE, in Winnipeg, watching the Jets (lose).

He was wearing a team Canada jersey, like he was confused... as if a blood vessel popped inside his head and he was addled and thought he was at the Olympics or something.


Okay it wasn't that interesting.

Not much around here but work and watching a movie but I do have Vikings on dvr I need to see. I watched Jobs yesterday while doing a little work and found it quite interesting.

Will you two stop moaning about your taxes, you country/state needs that money to do whatever your country/state does with the money it gets. - Remember, they can't waste it themselves if they give it back to you!

And if you really want to avoid paying taxes, do what my father did to reduce his tax bill. - Give me some money to finance another movie. (Although, to be fair, my father did not expect me to waste the money he gave me in that way. He probably expected me to invest it in some high interest index linked savings bond or something. So don't tell him what I done with his money until after I am a big famous movie producer - OK!)
