I'm being sued. No surprise there, I've been expecting it for a while. But the weird part is that the court case will take place over the 'phone! And not even a conference call.

The judge will 'phone the other side and get their case. The he/she will 'phone me and get my side. Then the judge will keep 'phoning backwards and forwards until we have both run out of shit to say, and make their decision.

Apparently it is cheaper for the courts, and the loosing party does not have to pay any court costs. It seems mad to me. But I guess it is better than wasting a day in court!

(And yes G. I did say 'phone )

That would be like opening a door to a hot and steamy sauna. It's summer here. We live inside of hermetically sealed air conditioned enclosures this time of year.
