Ecchi is wet. Ecchi does not like being wet. But the British weather does not care what Ecchi likes or dislikes, so it makes wet on him.

The puppy is wet. The puppy does not like being wet either. But the British weather also does not care what the puppy likes or dislikes, so it makes wet on him too.

The husky is also wet. But the husky does not mind being wet because he enjoys being dried after coming back inside. Sometimes the husky will come in wet, get dried, then go straight out onto the roof so that he gets wet again and has to be dried all over again. The husky is happy

Ecchi and the puppy are miserable.
