Apparently no one actually looks at where an area code is before picking up the phone to call.
more than once
then leave a message asking why after 20 minutes (at 538am) why no one has called them back.
then 20 minutes later wondering if we are out of business (602am)
then an hour later plus a text.

then I called back before

it was not pretty!
