Did a bit over 7 miles kayaking yesterday and then joined the
 protesters. Had to take more pain meds than usual trying to walk with them. Today I'm in pain and have a pain med hangover, but really glad that I did it.Other than that work, grocery shopping and a few other errands are my day's plans so far. |

Trying to beat a cold, not that easy since I have to walk my dog twice a day.
Other than that, working in my homestudio and with online stuff. Or watching HBO. Jolly |
