What is this thing called football?

Up early to do a Jazz Brunch Meetup.

Had a horrendous night of sleep. Woken up a bunch of times either to pee and with really bad muscle spasms in my bad leg. I'm sure it had nothing to do with drinking a few gallons of water yesterday while biking over 15 miles at Shark Vallery. Had a great time, though.

It is not called football. Football is an entirely different game. They mean "rugby with back passing".

Woken this morning by the neighbour's dog. Sometimes they let him in the garden then forget he is out. He usually reminds them by sitting by their back door and barking. Today they let him out really early and I'm guessing went back to bed. He spent ages barking at the back door with no response then running round the house barking. Woke me up long before he woke them up!

Going to visit the puppy tomorrow. First time I've seen him in nearly a year. Looking forward to it. Going out later to buy him a few doggy treats as a present.
