Sites Removed From GG?

What concerns me though is I have read the info regarding sites that have been removed and if I understand it correctly it means any site showing a 404 gets it on the 'Shitlist'? is this correct? If so, what to do about it?
The host says it will credit my account!! What price GG and PB regular listings?
