Perl Module HELP!!

I think it might be licensing issues. I've been downloading and installing a lot of the *nix stuff into my fruit to play around with and many packages only come with the URL to download the support files and the read me always says something about the fact that they aren't allowed to actually include the files due to licensing issues.

Open software is great other then you need to be like a squirrel fetching last year's supply of nuts when putting it together.
