Its your google toolbar PR rating.
http://toolbar.google.com/ common consensus is that the number doesn't really mean a whole lot and that your PR rating in dmoz.org is a better indicator.

There is also a firefox add-on that shows Google PR and Alexa Ranking. But as cd34 said, PR does'nt mean much nowdays, besides a "I feel Cool" thing..

The "Adult" categories are not "public" http://dmoz.org/Adult/ http://dmoz.org/Adult/Image_Galleries/ Find the category that fits your site... then top right hand corner "suggest URL" If you have submitted and it hasn't appeared... go to - http://resource-zone.com/forum/ and ask why?
