How do SEs see header pages?

My category pages for my linklist use a common header which is called up using a "php" statement. The header is regular php page with html and has its own doc type, title, keywords, meta tags, body etc.

The "real" page (anal, babe, milf, etc) has specific title, KWs, etc.

Obviously I want spiders to see the info on the specific page. Is the header page a problem? The "php" code which calls up the header page comes after the "head" section of the category page, so I think the spider sees what I want it to see first...still I'm not sure how this works.
