Getting Cold Sunday (2014-12-28)

Good afternoon.

We have no snow here in Toronto but it's getting cold and you can feel the moisture in the air. It's going to snow again soon.

Doing Round 2 of my final Joomla upgrade followed by a gallery submit and, maybe, I'll make a gallery or two.

Have a great day!

It's a hot one here today.

Just got in from bike riding and doing some gardening.

Not sure what I'm doing later. Probably watching a bunch more episodes of Mad Men and whatever else serendipitously comes my way.

Back from Christmas at my sister's place. Santa still leaves me a stocking when I spend Christmas with my sister, and this year I discovered that he must go to America before Britain because, amongst other things, he gave me a packet of Reese's Miniatures - which you can't get in England (you can get the standard Reese's Cups, but not the Miniatures or Kisses).

Funny thing is, when my sister came back from a holiday in America a short while ago, she brought me back some Reese's Miniatures too. Quite a coincidence, Santa thinking of the same thing as my sister!

I have loved these peanut butter thingamies since before you could even buy them in England. I used to know a guy who knew a guy who worked in the canteen on an American airbase over here, who used to "supply" him with American candy to sell. You can either say he was a villain because he was effectively stealing them from your brave soldiers, or he was a great hero because he was stopping your brave soldiers from getting fat by eating too much candy.
