I don't think there is as many new people getting in and making it now.
With stricter rules, No freehosts, partner accounts, visa regs, avs falling,oversaturation, ect.. It is not as easy to get started as it used to be. So, I think it would hurt. But would get thinned down rather quickly. Because it would be that much harder on them too. |
