Agree with everything above.
Also, you should get basic meta tags in your pages. At least description and keywords I'd say.

Also, on your main page, the sponsor fpa could be cleaned up.. Check the source code, they've linked even to the "spacer.gif" images.. this is a pet peeve of mine with several sponsors, hehe. Remove all of those href's on spacer images will help the page load a tab faster and they're useless linked anyway

Yeah, try like 85 jpeg compression and maybe 600 or 650 on the long side and you'll possibly cut the image filesize in half.. over 100k per image is just too much I think.

Cut it down to 20 pics, and save another 20 of them for a site later on.

I think on your galleries that you'd do better to have a nice text link up top than the repeated HPA. Surfers will most likely ignore it once they know they've seen it twice before.

The overall design looks fine IMHO, just tidbits and tweaks and marketing.
