What I definitely would suggest though is changing that exit link. The word dsny has a slim chance of making it appear as a result for a search being made by some poor minor who don't need to be seeing adult sites

While on the subject, you may want to head on over to http://www.icra.org/webmasters/ and get a meta tag to help out those who have installed parental software.

Change the exit to someone like topbucks who offer software, or better yet leave the exit link out altogether.

mainpage graphics load a little slow, I'm on broadband so that may affect dial up users even more.

Also you may want to use a mouseover to hide your referral code and make it appear as though the sponsor links go straight to the base domain.
