Anyone Getting Listed At Vulture's?

Well I thought it was a straight-forward enough question: Anyone getting listed at Vulture's

I have no idea who this mystical "Vulture" is. Has he resorted to including only his own sites, galleries, etc. along with sponsor stuff? Has he/she/they 'forgotten' to take down the sub page? Has he been on holiday and left a chimp doing the updates? How the Donald Duck am I supposed to know unless I ask someone?

After the replies above it seems it is a real person, accepting real submissions after all. And I'm sure they're a nice person too. Now I know - Kewl
