Ditto.

The best part was the seeing that guy take his shirt off to go swimming.

The bad ass hoarder - I forgot his name - Walker, Walsh or something like that.

Sawyer.

Man, did those bodies underwater look fake or what!!!

They didn't even look like good mannequins!

What??? Were you watching???? She set up a bank robbery to get a little toy plane and ended up shooting all the robbers!!!

I bet the plane belonged to her son and somehow she blames herself for his death????

What Kid????

I don't remember anything about a kid.....

The thing about the bank robbery was that you could see it coming.

And what's the deal with the lack of sexual tension between Kate and Jack - I guess he has to find a new love because it looks like Sawyer is going to get her - at least right now.

I heard on Howard Stern that they think this is all Jack's dream. Interesting concept.

I hope next week is better.

24 starts this Sunday night. Two hours on Sunday and two hours on Monday. We'll have to start a thread for that one too.

Have a good day.

If it's all "a dream", I'll have to kill somebody. I'd better not be investing an hour a week to have it all turn out like some 3rd grader's school essay.

Haven't watched Alias, so I don't know whether I should trust J.J. Abrams...but I'm going to have to, 'cause I'm hooked.

My hypothesis on the toy plane - Kate-not-Maggie expected to find something else in the box. The plane was a "message" from somebody indicating that the "man she loved/killed" was dead, or soon to be dead.

I expect to be 100% wrong, but hey.

Mishi good thought there.

But I still say last weeks show was weak, I wanna see them go after the pregnant chick and whatever else is out there, not more flash back "ho hum" crap.

Yeah, they did just see to forget the poor pregnant chick had been kidnapped by a probably-evil mystery dude with apparent super-human powers. But hey, who knows how the brain works post plane-crash.

I do enjoy the flashbacks, but I'd rather they just go ahead and give us the background on all the major characters, with a lot more real-time exposition in between.

If it weren't ABC I'd be more cool with letting things work out in their own time...but ABC is so fuckin' notorious for cancelling good shows before they've played out, I'm paranoid.

Oh well....hey, yay, it's Wednesday! More yummy Lost goodness tonight.

What ever happened when Locke went into the woods and came back stunned looking?

I heard they already signed up for more episodes.

How ironic that the tide is rising when we're having these water problems in real life!

I'm such a f'ing lunatic....I was doing something stupid on the computer and only caught the last 10 minutes of the show. I'm going to go to

Updates

to see what happened. I only saw where the incestual brother found his "sister" dead and then Locke saying follow me.

Thanks to whoever posted that link earlier, it has been quite helpful.

Ugh!

LOVED tonight's episode. First time in ages a TV show has actually made me almost jump out of my seat. And lots of good stuff moving the story forward - love that (spoiler if you haven't seen the ep) Kate knows that Sun speaks English. That should unfold neatly...two babes with secrets, making a garden together. How could that NOT be good TV?

kate and jack are friendly again. jack is wearing key from briefcase around his neck.

no sawyer, just shot of him in jail.

locke put drug on boones forehead, made him see things, sister/step-sister not dead.

what's this about kate and jin in a garden and speaking english.

Let me know if I missed anything else.

They need to start answering *some* questions.

Or- at least the characters need to start asking more questions.

Interesting show, I'm thinking this all has to do with the "kids" now.

Clairs baby and now Walt seem to be the "answer"....

Yes indeedy.

Michael and Walt's backstory was much more complex and interesting than I expected. I enjoyed it.

Loved Michael gifting Walt with what's-his-name's dog - nice burn! *snap*

Yes that back story on Walt and Michael was very well done...

Wonder when we get Hurley's backstory...
