Both. I'm a tad mixed up right now. I'm considering leaving the industry, but at the same time I'd simply hate to give up all the work that I have put in to it. It's just not panning out.

it does help to interact with your fellow/fellowette wm even if it is only thru Hoo or Q.

maybe a few sessions of on the couch er bench will give you new prospective or new thought process to jumpstart your view again.
