Lisa - now that you have gotten to that stage - I went through is some time ago - might be worth the time savings to consider just making a "preferred submitters" list in your head or on paper - and just delete ther rest until they contact you to get listed - I can tell you from many experiences that even the ones I emailed to try to give hints and help to, either bounced or no reply, so save yourself some time and energy
