recip pages

There's a lot of mid-sized LL's that lists my doorway pages so I suggest you put the sites on the index.html that lists it as a requirement to be on the real index.html page (Penisbot for example!). You just have to put enough recips on your doorway pages, noone wants a site that gets no traffic from your site or any other ones.
