I would say those fit under the blind looking thumb rule.

Especially how the thumbs parts are are devided from the banner part and almost under the gallery links on the main page.

The main page is a bigger problem for imo... The "thumbs" are almost under the gallery links and a lot of free site builders add thumbs linked to their galleries just below their gallery links (which is obviously fine).... thing being that an experienced porn surfer might easily click those thumbs expecting to enter the galleries!

ah if i am right i am the one who rejected you at ************** for misleading banners, i have to draw a line somewhere and yes they looked for me at clickable thumbs, i am sorry if you didnt like that, but it are rules.

thats no problem, its just my personal opinion versus yours, im not complaining, but i have had some sites where it was almost anything that had a pic on it was considered to look like a clickable thumb, i dropped them cuz it was useless trying to make sites to fit there credentials, you guys approve 99% of my sites and im thankful for that. It happens, out of all the places I submit there are always a couple that get rejected for one reason or another.
