One thing that I think is risky is when Flash is added to tours.
Webmaster sites are different because a webmaster is more likely to have the latest Flash player, but I just wonder how many surfers will hit a tour with Flash on it and not see a thing? I'd be happier knowing that the close of the sale was in the hands of the trusty gif and jpeg.
