I applied to them, it's about three months since or more. I had to wait for 20 or 30 days but they replied and gave me a submitpass. I see you posted your message couple of days ago, so I suggest you be patient with these guys.

Thanks Mark ... but I even got PayCom involved and they did all they could. It has been well over 3 months now.. AND I AM STILL PAYING FOR AN ACCOUNT I CANNOT USE... I think I have been extremely patient.

I would just stop paying.
Cancel through PayCom or do whatever you have to do to stop paying them.

That should get their attention.
And if it doesn't, it seems like their service isn't worth much anyway since you say you haven't seen any sales through them.
