How To Fight Search Engine Spammers

Like abs said, spamming SEs is 100% legal unless you are infringing on trademarks or copyrighted material.

Why do you even waste your time? You would seriously be better off working on the traffic to your sad little linklist and whatever other projects you might have. Hunting down spammers won't make you any more money b/c I can guarantee that there are a hundred more legit sites which will fill the gaps above yours, let alone a thousand other spammers.

I had some domains banned and seized by the registrar yesterday b/c of some self righteous prick like you. It was my own fault, but I was a bit miffed at losing over 90,000 pages, one of the domains had 15K backlinks and the others had about 6K. But you know what? It barely made a dent in the grand scheme of things, and I had replaced the stuff and was up and rocking by that afternoon - and I am just an amateur compared to some people. You're just wasting your time.

Are you sure you make a difference between e-mail spam (unsolicated e-mails) and SERP results?

PS: There's also a difference between bad and illegal. You show hardcore sex materials to minors on your site. It's bad, but not illegal.

PS2: I am not defending the SE 'spam'. Just want to make a point it is NOT illegal.
