Are you sure you make a difference between e-mail spam (unsolicated e-mails) and SERP results?

Registrars don't usually pull domains without reason? Huh? For search engine 'spam'?

PS: There's also a difference between bad and illegal. You show hardcore sex materials to minors on your site. It's bad, but not illegal.

PS2: I am not defending the SE 'spam'. Just want to make a point it is NOT illegal.
