What are your best affilate programs?

What are your best affiliate programs going for you? Any products that sell over $100 that move fast?

Is it pills, or toys that sell?
Are the programs that only offer 5 percent worth it or is it best to go with over 5?

This one works well: FleshLight Vaginas!

But I'm looking for your advice and maybe some of your statistics even.

I think we could make a list of all the top paying sponsors here. I'm guessing that the PER SALE affiliate programs are the ones to go for instead of the per click ones. Have you found this?

Fleshlight definitely converts well (according to someone I know who promotes them), but their affiliate program is exclusive and invite-only.

As far as aff programs without payouts of more than $100, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head are sexual enhacement products (namely, penis extenders).
