Yes, webair techs are always helpful.

Problem is, that the sites went down yesterday and today in the morning again. I sent an support ticket and they told me problem solved. When i just checked it, sites were down again. So the time between my first post and my last one wasn´t the offline time. Offline time was about eight hours - can only estimate it.
