I just went to the "submit link" which is where I think that most folks will go.

Just my opinion.

Yeah I changed the link on the rules page to say "SUBMIT HERE" and I changed my sig and the submit link stuff on the site to point to the submission page instead of rules.

Now you can get to the submit page faster and there is just a link on the submit page that says something about reading the rules.
