Free Sites without warnig page - acceptable ?

Are warning pages mandatory ?
What if I just make a clean main page with links to galleries and Link List recips ?

Would that be acceptable ?

It's one of the standard rules of LL's: " A clear cut warning page without misleading "enter" links "

I don't require a warning page. I think it's redundant. But like Swedeguy said it's a good idea to make some kind of "front" page. If you've set up your sites/hubs correctly it helps in more ways than one.

I accept those, but I do agree that the webmaster who doesn't have a warning page is wasting opportunity.

having an extra page is bad for se optimization.
you loose pr.
better to channel it straight to main page with text and gallery links.

besides, whats the point of a "warning" if the surfers is already at a porn site and is looking for porn.

Part of the point is what's called "plausible deniability." I personally don't want to link to sites that make no attempt to warn away underage surfers. I have a warning page on my LL.

I see lots of webmasters that require a "warning page" from submitters because they don't want to link to sites that don't warn away underage surfers, and yet they have tons of affiliate links to paysites that don't have warning pages, links to free hosted galleries and sites without warning pages, link trades to categories without warning pages.

Makes no sense to me.
