I dunno, but I'd be upset if I submitted a months worth of freesites, 30 freesites, and didn't get listed because of being new. I know for one, I'm happy to have new submitters, as long as they "play by the rules", everything is groovy.

Same with me, does'nt matter if new. Long as the sites are good and follow the rules..
