I tried joining a site with my visa cc the other week to check the members area out and I got re-directed to a page wanting me to make an epassporte account instead.
It said my region of the world is blocked from this type of transaction by the merchant, but it's ok if I get an epassporte.
I'm from Australia, guess we are a dodgy lot down here
