My script uses confirmation emails for each submission, and on the "thank you" page there's a warning instructing them to make sure any email spam filters are already set to accept my email, and that unconfirmed submissions never get reviewed. I have yet to get one bounced back by spamarrest, and if I do that will be one submission that never gets confirmed or reviewed.
