Yea unfortuneately today it is a bit harder to get lots of traffic but the link lists of today are very targetted so that traffic will convert over time.

The problem lies in needing a mass amount of sites. You will need to make a site daily and as they get listed in the search engines you will start to see some consistent sales. It can take months before you actually start to see decent income but it can be done.

That said I see a problem with your sites. You should always have a banner and text links to your sponsor on the index page without having to scroll. So when the surfer arrives at your site he will see a link to your sponsor right away and many will click especially the ones coming from search engines. The other issue is getting listed and the second url has this "PICK YOUR FAVORITE CATEGORY" at the bottom and that will get you declined at many places.
