Down for me, and it's about 8:00 now-- So that's 3 hours of downtime since your post.
I would highly suggest you switch hosting providers. If you read on WHT (the leading webhosting forum), you'll find that a long-time customer tried calling AkiraWeb, and the owner's mom picked it up. On top of that, there have been numerous reports of downtime early this year and last year (more than usual).
